1)	Qualifying Items
	We accept and pay for all cartridges that are able to be re-used, please consult our price list for current items.
	We do not accept waste products such as compatible cartridges used in Epson/Canon printers, these products are manufactured by a third party and not the original equipment manufacturer.
2)	Postage
	We accept responsibility for items placed in our collection boxes and returned using a courier service.
	We do not accept responsibility for any item sent to us using any other method.
	When sending cartridges to us you must obtain proof of postage so that any item missing in the post can be claimed by the sender.
	At the point of receipt by us the cartridges become our property and the appropriate payment is made.
3)	Prices and Payment
	Prices are paid at the time of receipt and shown on our web site at that time.
	All cartridges are tested on arrival to ascertain whether they can be re-used. cartridges failing that test have no value.
	No cartridges are returned to the sender under any circumstances.
	The decision of what value the cartridges have is ours solely and our decision is final and binding.
	Payment is made by the method chosen, either by paypal or cheque.
4)	Packing
	We advise you to ensure the cartridges are securely packaged, preferably with a plastic lined mailing bag or plastic liner within a box.
	Please place your contact details within a plastic cover to avoid ink seepage making the paper illegible.
